Welcome to Camela Racing Ltd
Camela Racing offers you the opportunity
to participate in the excitement and thrill of horse racing by becoming
an owner or lease shareholder in a racehorse. Over the last 10 years
syndication has become a popular and affordable way to share involvement
in racehorses. Camela Racing is run from Low Farm Stables situated
in the village of Camblesforth, four miles south of Selby, in North
Yorkshire and your contact will be Keith Benson, who has been involved
in racehorse ownership for the last 10 years. At the same premises
there is a Stud Farm which is owned by our associate company, J
& J Bloodstock Ltd. It is the ambition of J
& J Bloodstock to breed quality racehorses out of their
12 mares by their powerful Stallion, Polar Impact. These horses
will then be transferred to Camela Racing as 2 year olds and put
into training with one of a number of trainers who we use.
There are many ways in which you can become involved
in racehorse ownership under the colours of Camela Racing. From
just £50 per month you can become a member of our Racing Club, or
you can become a member of one of our Syndicates and own a percentage
share or finally own from a quarter to a half share. The exciting
‘Sport of Kings’ is now open to people of all walks of life and
we intend to bring together small groups of people to share in the
racing careers of our horses, with each co-owner involved in all
aspects of ownership and potentially enjoying racing at all levels,
subject to the horses ability, without the high costs normally associated
with owning a high quality thoroughbred racehorse.
Syndicates will consist of between five and twenty
people with twenty being the lowest cost option, allowing owners
to invest in quite a number of horses and thereby increasing the
chances of having an interest in a winner. The Racing Club will
have 100 members and shared ownership will be for between two and
four people. In addition, there are also lease options for the syndicate
and shared ownership schemes.
If you have an interest in horse racing and you
would like to discuss this further then please do not hesitate to
call us for a chat. You never know. One day you could be in the
parade ring and meet the jockey as an owner of your own racehorse.
Imagine being on the winners’ podium receiving a trophy for winning
a race at Royal Ascot. We all have a dream and joining one of Camela
Racing's syndicates could be your first entry into the ‘Sport of
Kings.’ Why not have a go, and start on the road to making that
dream come true!
